James “Jim” Provost formed Provost Group, Inc. in June, 2004 and Commercial Management Group in August, 2009. Initially Provost Group, Inc. identified, acquired, and repositioned distressed real estate projects and effectively managed those assets through the repositioning process. In August, 2009 Commercial Management Group was formed to manage assets owned buy others including private investors, family offices, and receivers. Jim has investor/operating experience with multi-family residential, office, and retail product, and is a licensed broker. Jim has an extensive background in acquisitions, leasing, debt and equity capitalization, and asset/property management. He is supported by a team of committed professionals with property management, project management, and accounting backgrounds.
